Klarna - Purchase on account
Buy now, pay after delivery. Payment term 14 days, 3.00 EUR fee. More information and Klarna AGB
Instant bank transfer
Online bank transfer with TÜV-certified data protection without registration. Please have your online banking data (PIN/TAN) ready.

PayPal
PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly in our online store - free of charge, of course. You will be taken directly to PayPal during the order process, where you must log in and confirm your address. You will then be redirected back to the store. However, the order is only triggered and billed when you click on "Order with obligation to pay" on the overview page.
iPayment
Pay conveniently by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express).
Prepayment
With prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount in advance.
You will receive our bank details including BIC and IBAN by email after your purchase.
Shipping costs for Germany
Within Germany (including German islands) the shipping costs are independent of weight and size for a standard delivery (see below) from the following list:
* 0.00 Euro up to 60.00 Euro value of goods - 4.95 Euro shipping costs
* from 60.01 Euro value of goods - free shipping!
Delivery is usually carried out by DHL - Deutsche Post. This gives us the customer-friendly option of delivering to packing stations and not having to charge island surcharges. Parcels are also delivered via DHL on Saturdays. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day, provided we receive them by 10:00 am. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are normally dispatched the following working day. This is subject to the availability of all items purchased. Experience shows that 90% of all shipments arrive the next day.
In the event of a withdrawal, returns will be processed by our company. If you wish to return the goods yourself, you can of course arrange this. We will then refund the actual shipping costs incurred. Unpaid parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Shipping costs to Austria
We deliver to Austria at a flat rate of 9.95 euros for parcels weighing up to 31 kg.
The maximum parcel weight is 31 kg, which a single parcel may weigh. Orders above this weight will be split into several parcels, the shipping costs are then multiplied by the number of parcels required.
Shipping costs zone 1
We deliver to zone 1 at a flat rate of 20.85 euros for parcels up to 30 kg.
All zone 1 parcels are sent as "premium parcels".
The maximum parcel weight is 30 kg, which a single parcel may weigh. Orders above this value will be split into several parcels, the shipping costs are then multiplied by the number of parcels required.

We deliver to zone 2 as a "Standard parcel" at a flat rate of 36.20 euros for parcels up to 30 kg.
We deliver to Zone 2 as a "Premium Parcel" at a flat rate of 23.65 euros for parcels up to 30 kg.
The maximum parcel weight is 30 kg, which a single parcel may weigh. Orders above this weight will be split into several parcels, the shipping costs are then multiplied by the number of parcels required.

Shipping costs zone 3
We deliver to zone 3 as a "Standard parcel" at a flat rate of 47.50 euros for parcels up to 30 kg.
We deliver to Zone 3 as a "Premium Parcel" at a flat rate of 35.50 euros for parcels up to 30 kg.
The maximum parcel weight is 30 kg, which a single parcel may weigh. Orders above this weight will be split into several parcels, the shipping costs are then multiplied by the number of parcels required.

Example 1: Your parcel weighs 16.5 KG - This results in the following shipping costs:
30.00 Euro + 17 x 5.66 Euro = 126.22 Euro
Example 2: Your parcel weighs 3.7 KG - This results in the following shipping costs:
30,00 Euro + 4 x 5,66 Euro = 52,64 Euro
